June 29, 2011- Houck Anderson P.A. is pleased to announce that managing shareholder Mark Houck, along with several of the firm’s attorneys have been invited to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management, a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Mr. Houck, firm shareholders Valerie Dondero and Raúl Chacon, Jr., members Krista Fowler-Acuna, Marlin Green and Rob Squire, along with associate Charles Davant have accepted the invitation to join CLM.
CLM’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies through education and collaboration, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
