Our construction practice group, headed by Raúl J. Chacón Jr., has represented insurance carriers, surety companies, owners, contractors, lubricators, construction managers, architects, engineers and other design professionals with regard to construction and construction-related liability claims.  The firm has been retained by a variety of large and small corporations and associations to evaluate and directly defend their construction claims. Our construction attorneys defend a wide variety of claims including personal injury, breach of contract, indemnification and product defect.

Although we are proud of our record in the courtroom, we also are effective in managing litigation either on its own or in partnership with corporate counsel or other firms, and in counseling clients in risk avoidance.
